ne znam da li se kazna odnosi na pomeranje napred, recimo iz pete runde.
NE ne moze u 4toj rundi da bira pre svoje draft oduzete pozicije. recimo ovaj Sietlov pik u slucaju da budu slabiji od NE se uzima a NE vracaju originalni. zato je i trejd Kolinsa uslovljen kompezacionim pikom trece runde ili pikom cetvrte runde 2018te jer ne zele da Kolinsov pik uzme Komesar.
